start spewing out those words of vitriol
do it now while you have time
cause when you go there'll be nothing to show
that you made an impression in this life
tell all of your family the last several decades were a bitter cruel wasteland
and the love they thought you had inside
was just marking time, twenty-four seven
so every moment of rejection and best plans mislaid
will pile up 'til the weight of your words fills your grave
and there's nothing for it
but to keep pushing forth with your destructive habit
dance the dance of the vitamin d depraved
they could scream it 'til they're blue
but when you're old, decayed and on the dole
it'll be their time to ignore you
so why wait for the days when bad temperament's expected
lash out today and welcome the rejection
from the sycophants you've always entertained
while resentment slumbered inside your brain
fill every moment of terror with equal measures of rage
and commit your pain to memory, but never to page
no, there's no need to panic
as long as you've still got your destructive habit
before i walk into traffic
i'll say a little prayer for
i'll say a little prayer for you...
every moment of rejection and best plans mislaid
will pile up 'til the weight of your words fills your grave
but there's no need to panic
just keep pushing forth with your destructive habit
i'll say a little prayer so
make sure we're uncomfortable, and
make sure we suffer in self-service, and
make sure we dont have a hole to crawl out of
if ever the rapture comes
make sure it happens,
anyone
